Brentwood
Brentwood is South bound from Nashville approximately 25 to 35 minutes out of the downtown area. It is located partly in Davidson, but mostly in Williamson County, one of the wealthiest counties in the country. Known for its nice lawns and suburban settings, Brentwood is a sought after area to raise a family. Schools are top notch. Brentwood has been voted Tennessee’s best educated city. For commuters, the drive isn’t too bad if you work in town. Home prices start in the $200s out here, but vary drastically depending on the area and school zones.
